Miranda Kerr was born and raised on a farm in Gunnedah, NSW Australia. She began modeling after winning the Dolly/Impulse Modeling Competition in 1997. Her win sparked signiicant media attention and she became the most sought after new face, but she waited to begin modeling full time until she completed high school. She then went on to Study Nutrition and Health Psychology at the Academy of Natural Living before she chose modeling as her career.
